CJC Corporate Plan 2024-25 Consultation

South West Wales residents, businesses and organisations are being given the opportunity to comment on a Corporate Joint Committee’s Corporate Plan priorities for 2024-2025.

The South West Wales Corporate Joint Committee (CJC) was created as part of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021. The CJC comprises of Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot Councils and both Pembrokeshire and Bannau Brycheiniog National Parks. The CJC exercises functions relating to the economy, energy, strategic development planning and regional transport planning.

The South West Wales CJC Corporate Plan for 2023-2028, adopted in March 2023, sets out the priorities for the five year period as well as our future ambitions in the form of a vision and well-being objectives. It also allows us to chart the progress we are making in respect of our public sector duties.

As part of the process to update this plan we are inviting you to comment on the proposed priorities for 2024-2025, as part of a three-week consultation exercise.  The consultation will close on Sunday 18th February.
